Compared to the Lymond Chronicles, the situation with King Hereafter is much simpler. They were published in the UK by Hamlyn , Arrow, and Michel Joseph / Penguin and in the US by Knopf and Vintage.

Michael Joseph editions are hardback, while Penguins are always paperbacks. Hamlyn and Arrow were paperbacks.

In the US, Knopf editions are hardbacks and Vintage are paperbacks.
